Deal Desk brings every lead from every channel into one place, then takes each job from quote to paid invoice, and tells you which ones need chasing and why.

One place for the whole job, from the first enquiry to the last payment. Pick a stage, or let it run.
Website forms, phone calls, and Facebook and Instagram messages land in one queue, each tagged with where it came from: a paid ad, a Lead Ad or an organic post. Pick a lead up, log each call, and Deal Desk books the next try when nobody answers.

Deal Desk won't replace your accounting software. It'll work alongside it: your items come in, your quotes and invoices go across, and what your accounts hold comes back to the job, so nobody types anything twice.
The products and prices you already keep in Xero or MYOB fill your Deal Desk price book.
Build the quote from those items in the Quote Builder, on site or in the office.
The quote, and the invoice once the job is won, is created in Xero or MYOB for you.
The quote from your accounts, with its number and PDF, comes back to the job, and invoices bring their payment status with them.
Planned, not built yet. Early access businesses help decide what comes first.
Also on the way
Deal Desk is made by Marcon Digital, a small Australian business, for businesses like ours: busy, short on admin time, and losing work in the gaps between the phone, the inbox and the spreadsheet. It's built around the problems that cost small businesses jobs.
The problem: Enquiries get lost in texts, DMs and voicemail
Website, phone and social enquiries land in one place, and missed calls book their own retry.
The problem: Jobs go quiet and nobody notices
One list of what's due, overdue first, and the warning signs that say why a job needs chasing.
The problem: Quotes wait for a night at the kitchen table
Tap a job type, pick from your price book, and the quote is priced with GST before you leave site.
The problem: Guessing where the work comes from
Leads by source, your win rate and what's in the pipeline, without building a spreadsheet.
Deal Desk is in early access. Leave your details and we'll be in touch as places open up, starting with trades and service businesses in Australia.
Starter if you mostly need to stop losing enquiries and see every job in one place. Growth if you quote every week and want to get quotes out faster and win more of them. Complete if you also want customers accepting quotes online, your invoicing and service contracts, and the numbers, all in Deal Desk. Not sure? Tell us in the form and we'll help you pick.
Yes. Move up when you're ready, or down if you need less. Moving down hides features but never deletes your data, so it's all there again if you move back up.
In Australia, on servers and file storage in Sydney. Every business gets its own database, so your data is never mixed with anyone else's.
Your price list and leads import from a spreadsheet (CSV), and we'll help you bring the rest across when you start.
Not yet, but it's next. The plan is to bring your items in from Xero or MYOB, send quotes and invoices across, and bring them back to the job with their number, PDF and payment status. Until then, Complete handles its own GST invoices, payments and statements.
No. Deal Desk looks after your leads, jobs, quotes and invoices, from the first enquiry to the last payment. Stock and purchase orders stay in your accounting or inventory software.
Not yet. Customers can accept quotes and see their invoices and balance in the client portal, but online payment isn't switched on yet.
Prices for each plan will be set before launch, and early access businesses will hear about them first.
Tell us a little about your business and we'll be in touch when a place opens up.
